Refund policy

Returns

We hope you are pleased with your purchase, however if for any reason a product is not suitable please email us at customerservice@fromlittlegreenwoods.co.uk within 14 days from the day you receive your order, to arrange a return.

Only full priced items may be refunded. Personalised and Sale items are exempt from refunds. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Please note that products must be returned within a resalable condition, in their original packaging, sealed and unused. 

If we do not hear from you within 14 days, we will assume you are satisfied with your purchase and will be unable to honor any refunds beyond this point. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Damages

If any items are defective, damaged or the wrong item has been received, please email customerservice@fromlittlegreenwoods.co.uk immediately with a description of the issue and any supporting photos so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

For defective or damaged items, your return will be inspected once it has been received and we will send you an email to notify you of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at customerservice@fromlittlegreenwoods.co.uk.

 

Refunds

We will endeavor to provide a full refund upon receipt of the returned product and will credit your original method of payment, we kindly ask that you retain proof of posting until you have received your refund. 

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, please email customerservice@fromlittlegreenwoods.co.uk as per the Damages section of this policy.
