Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout and start from £1.50.

We offer complimentary standard shipping on all UK orders over £30.

 

Processing Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-5 working days. This can be longer during busy periods and holidays, or if I have questions or need more information regarding personalisation/customisation. Please see the individual product page for the most up to date processing times. 

 

Shipping Times

All items are shipped via Royal Mail, second class as standard, unless first class has been selected. Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse weather or extremely busy periods, can unfortunately delay the delivery date. We shall not be liable for any inconvenience you may be caused due to the delay. Please see the Royal Mail website for their most up to date estimated delivery times.

Please note that all orders will be sent to the delivery address that you specify when you order. We are unable to take responsibility if this address has been provided incorrectly, so please check the address you have entered carefully. Costs which are incurred due to incorrect delivery address information may be passed on to you. We shall not be liable for delays which are caused due to an incorrect delivery address.
